- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise, or as needed
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha hot chili sauce, or more to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper, or to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 pinch smoked paprika, or to taste
Carriage Directions:
1. Take hard boiled eggs and cut in half.
2. Put yolk filling into bowl.
3. Using one half of your egg cut top half of the buggy.
(Using the thicker half and disposing of the other.)
4. Fill eggs using deviled eggs recipe of your choice or supplied recipe above.
5. Place top of buggy onto carriage.
6. Place 2 toothpicks through bottom of egg to create axle for buggy tires.
7. Using olives, hot dogs, etc. - place on the wheels.
8. In building this I used a hot dog for the head and little chocolate sprinkles for the eyes and mouth. The sprinkles don’t sound too good with a deviled egg but trust me they are not even noticeable in taste.
When choosing parts for these eggs just keep in mind ingredients that will all taste good with the recipe you have chosen.
