Loaded Diaper Wraps

These are a fun simple idea for any baby shower. They are very easy to make and can be used with any arrangement of fillings.

In these next two recipes I used cream cheese because who doesn’t love any kind of cheese. But you could use potatoes, Mac & Cheese, pepperoni and marinara or won ton style, which you’ll find lots of recipes for online.

Whatever you chose to fill these babies with they’re sure to be a hit.

Jalapeno Cheese	Cream Cheese Sriracha

1 Jalapeno 1 Brick Cream cheese 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese Garlic Salt, pepper (To taste) 8-10 Egg Roll Wrapper	1 stock Chives 1 Brick Cream Cheese Sriracha Hot sauce (To Taste) Garlic Salt, Pepper (To taste) 8-10 Egg roll Wrappers

Directions:

Add contents to a bowl and mix on low speed until blended well.

Using a tablespoon, distribute 1 spoonful into the center of each egg roll. You may choose to do several rolls at once.

Using steps 1-4 fold the wrapper and watch it take its shape into a baby diaper.

Cooking

Oven:Preheat oven to 400. Place on baking sheet and spray pam on each side of egg roll diapers or you can baste with a light coat of olive oil to give them that golden brown coat. cook for 8-10 minutes on each side or until desired crispness.

Frying Pan: Cook on Med/High until each side is golden brown flipping as you go. Watch for oozing of contents.
